
Consumers subscribed to a loyalty program in the U.S. by age 2018
Some 71 percent of survey respondents aged between 55 and 64 stated that they were a member of a loyalty program in the United States as of November 2018. Some 43 percent of respondents aged between 18 and 24 stated that they were subscribed to a loyalty program, making them the age group least likely to be part of a loyalty program.
