Over 40 percent of online shoppers in Russia named negative customer reviews as the major barrier to place an order online in 2018. The lack of goods and not covered delivery costs also took leading positions on the list, mentioned by about 40 and over 30 percent of the respondents, respectively. The lack of information about a return policy only seemed problematic for about 10 percent of the respondents.
