Among U.S. consumers at the age of 21+ who drink rum at least once a month, a share of 17% spent up to $100 per month on rum in 2017, while 8% of the respondents spent more than $200 per month on the beverage. When it comes to their favorite locations for buying rum, most of the consumers prefer supermarkets.
