Free shipping made it top of the list of most important delivery criteria for two-thirds of online shoppers surveyed in the United Kingdom in 2023. Fast shipping and free return shipping rounded out the top three. In contrast, only 13 percent of respondents cited carbon-neutral shipping as an important criteria.
