Nordics: social media usage frequency 2023
As of March 2023, the majority of internet users in the Nordics reported using social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, on a daily basis. Overall, 76 percent of social media users in Norway accessed their chosen platforms once per day. Throughout Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, 13 percent of users said they used social networks several times per week. Between two to three percent of online users in the Nordics stated that they never used social media.
