The displayed data on the cooking frequency of Millennials and Generation Z shows results of the GCS Special Food & Nutrition conducted in Germany in 2021. More than half of the young cooks in Germany cook a meal every day of the week, with 14-21 percent cooking several times per day. Overall, Millennials cook more often than the younger Generation Z.
