Last year, Tokyo Haneda had the very best on-time performance (OTP) of any large airport around the world, according to OAG's Punctuality League. Haneda handles over 70 million passengers a year and 91.25 percent of its flights were on schedule. An impressive 94.4 percent of flights operated by the Latvia's national carrier arrived within 15 minutes of their planned arrival time. American carriers are conspicuous by their absence from the list.
