Across Europe, only 8% of accommodation businesses already make use of AI-powered business applications, such as customer chatbots or dynamic pricing algorithms. A further 23% do not currently use AI tools but plan on introducing them in the next six months, which could amount to a quadrupling of AI business users in the accommodation sector within a very short period of time.
