iPhone users spend a lot of time toggling between apps. A study by Shared2you found that iPhone users used photo and video, social networking, music, and game apps more than any other app category, including news apps.
A typical U.S. adults spends over three hours a day on their phone, the most of any other type of digital media. How people spend that time and how to get people to spend more time on apps is of great importance to developers and business owners, which is why Facebook announced earlier this month that it would be paying people to study their app usage and habits.
