These Are Millennials' Must-Have Apps
App usage
Millennials in the United States spend nearly 20 hours a week using their smartphones, doing everything from reading news to checking their Facebook feed or sending emails. Within a few years, smartphones have become so deeply engrained in our everyday lives that’s it’s become hard to imagine life without them.
Smartphones wouldn’t be the same without apps though, and so the real question is: which apps are so essential to us that we wouldn’t know what to do without them? According to a recent comScore survey, U.S. millennials consider Amazon the surprising winner in the must-have category. 35 percent of the respondents in a July 2017 survey named the e-commerce giant’s app as one of their three essentials with Gmail and Facebook the less surprising runner-ups.
