Italy: cyber bullying cases 2023, by victim age
In 2023, the Italian authorities covering cyber crime and online safety recorded 291 cases of online bullying targeting minors in the country. Cases against teenagers and older kids aged between 14 and 17 years made up over 70 percent of the total cyber bullying cases. The cases concerning children aged between 10 and 13 years were 72, while cases where victims were nine years or younger were eight during the last examined year.
