Capacity of solar PV plants in Italy 2023, by segment
Solar photovoltaic systems with a capacity between 200 kilowatts and one megawatt accounted for over nine gigawatts of solar photovoltaic power capacity installed in Italy as of November 2023. The number of solar PV plants in this power segment was 15,000 that year, compared to over one million of solar PV systems with a capacity smaller than 12 kilowatts.
