Digital commerce channels B2C pharmacies invested in worldwide 2022
In 2022, global business-to-consumer (B2C) pharmacies have invested in various digital commerce channels. Websites were invested in by the vast majority of pharmacies, with a share of 82 percent, while point-of-sale was invested in by almost 20 percent less, at 64 percent. Pharmacies also preferred third-party marketplaces, as more than 50 percent invested in the online channel.
