The task that facility managers most outsourced in the United States in 2024 was fire and/or water damage restoration, with bird and pest control also featuring high up in the list. The revenue of Aramark, one of the leading facility management companies worldwide, reached a record high in 2024 of 17.4 billion U.S. dollars and has shown no signs of slowing down. France-based company Sodexo also had a record-breaking year when it came to finances, as their on-site services revenue increased noticeably within their North American operations. The revenue of ISS World, another industry giant, surpassed more than 11.5 billion U.S. dollars in the same time period.
