Other sought-after cities for hotels in Poland include Gdansk, Wroclaw, and Poznan. 3-star hotels are abundant in Warsaw, catering to a diverse range of travelers, from budget-conscious tourists to business travelers. However, there is a growing number of 4- and 5-star hotels to cater to the increasing demand for luxurious accommodations. In 2023, the occupancy rate in Warsaw hotels reached 68 percent, indicating a strong demand for accommodation. Warsaw's hotels also outperformed others in terms of revenue per available room (RevPAR), boasting a 32 percent higher RevPAR than Poznan and 6.1 percent higher than the coastal locations in the Tri-City area (Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia).Accor dominates the hotel market in Poland
