Constitutional reform in Russia 2020

This report is dedicated to the constitutional reform in Russia, approved during the all-national voting from June 25 to July 1, 2020. It presents the voting results and the public opinion on amendments, as well as the population's vision of domestic politics. The amendments concerned social benefits and quality of education as well as moral and historical values of the people. Furthermore, changes were made in powers of executive institutions, including the annulment of previous presidential terms of Vladimir Putin, and the prevalence of Russian legislation over international treaties.
