Changes to the view on disability

This paper gives information about disability in the U.S. In comparison to 2007, the American Community Survey changed the way it asks about disability. This study describes some of these distinctions anddemonstrates that the 2008 questions should not be used to make comparisons to earlier ACSdisability estimates.
