2016 HR technology survey report

This report presents the results of a survey into human resources processes and software and its migration towards cloud technologies. For the work, researchers surveyed executives from more than 650 companies, primarily international companies with more than 1,000 employees, and with annual revenues of 500 million U.S. dollars or greater. A variety of industries were represented and the focus of the questions was largely on the relationship between the companies' HR departments and systems and cloud technologies, including adoption drivers, vendor choice, mobile technology use, and the use of data analytics.
