E-scooters are becoming increasingly common on European citiy streets, especially as part of sharing schemes. While they are welcomed by some their presence remains highly contentious, with some cities deciding to ban them. This report provides statistics on the European e-scooter sharing market, as well as ownership, use patterns, and crash and safety data in selected European countries.
