Management of non-profit organizations in Poland in 2021

This publication contains the results of research on human resources management and information management in non-profit organizations. It presents, among others, the characteristics of management boards, motivating staff, planning activities, as well as communication with the external environment, supplemented by a set of synthetic indicators of management professionalization.
