Consumer Insights data table
In barely any other country, online shopping is as popular as in the United Kingdom, with e-commerce sales taking up a significant share of the retail market. Drivers of online shopping are cheaper prices, comfortability, the wide product selection and many more. What drives British consumers to buy online? How do they choose what to buy and where to buy?
The Statista study “E-commerce” looks at what British consumers think about online shopping and the big online stores. In addition, consumers were asked which products they buy online and where they buy it. Consumers were also asked about their product choice and what is important to them in online stores and online shopping. The survey also includes sections about delivery and payments options, as well as the general customer journey and social media & online shopping.
The data Table contains the complete tables for the survey including various column headings.
