Workplace situation during COVID-19 lockdown India 2020 by gender

According to a survey among Indian urban youth about life in lockdown, a majority of people across all genders stated that they worked from home during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in April 2020. Over 30 percent of male respondents were not working during the lockdown as they were in a job which does not permit remote working. Only about two percent of respondents were still going to their workplace everyday.
