This statistic displays the result of a survey conducted on smartphone users in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland regarding services controlled by an app or website on smartphones that they used in 2018. The two services which came first on the list, according to 29 percent of respondents respectively, were booking a doctors appointment and controlling the music on speaker. The least common services, according to two percent of respondents each were controlling home appliances and changing the temperature.
