The labor participation rate among the total population aged between 15 and 64 in Mauritania saw no significant changes in 2022 in comparison to the previous year 2021 and remained at around 42.04 percent. Nevertheless, this was the first time during the observed period that the labor participation rate increased in Mauritania.
