This statistic shows the result of a survey on the areas where supermarkets have to make increased efforts in Denmark as of February 2018. Most common, reaching a share of 52 percent, was the opinion that Danish supermarkets should use more environmentally friendly (plastic) packaging. The same percentage of surveyed individuals stated that they want supermarkets to have less food waste.
