Members of the Confederation of European Pulp and Paper Industries' (CEPI) produced 46.16 million metric tons of packaging paper and board in 2023 - a decrease of 9.5 percent compared with 2022. Packaging paper and boards accounted for roughly 62 percent of CEPI paper and board production in 2023.
