Consumer retail channel use in the UK 2016-2018
This statistic shows consumers' retail channel use in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2016 to 2018. Data revealed that 71.76 percent of consumers in the UK shopped in-store only, whilst online-only shoppers accounted for about 57 percent percent. Over 60 percent of consumers used both channels, exceeding the share of online-only shoppers.
