Besides bisexual individuals, the majority of LGBTQ community home buyers in the United States identified themselves with the male gender between 2015 and 2020. For bisexual homebuyers, a majority of 63 percent identified as female in that period. Comparably, the race with the majority of home buyers across all sexual orientations was the White/Caucasian race.
