Eletrobras net revenue in Brazil 2013-2022

In 2022, Eletrobras reported a net revenue of some 34 billion Brazilian reals, down from over around 35 billion Brazilian reals a year earlier. Eletrobras is an electricity corporation, also known as Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A., operating in the sectors of generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy. The company's subsidiaries include, among others, Furnas, Eletronorte, CHESF, and Eletronuclear. In 2021, Brazil's government started a process of privatization of Eletrobras, and Eletronuclear was acquired by the Empresa Brasileira de Participações em Energia Nuclear e Binacional (ENBPar).
