Preferred means of carrying groceries Germany 2018
This statistic shows the results of a survey from February 2018 about the preferred means of carrying grocery purchases in Germany. Around 80.4 percent of respondents prefer using their own baskets, backpacks or tote bags (e.g. paper, fabric) to transport their groceries from the store back to their home. In comparison, only 4.5 percent of respondents prefer using store-bought plastic bags.
