External factors influencing job change Vietnam 2018
The statistic shows the results of a survey that was conducted in October 2018 about external factors that influence a job change in Vietnam. During the period examined, 54 percent of the respondents stated low salary and compensation as a reason for quitting their job, followed by 47 percent who claimed the lack of promotion opportunities was a reason for a job change. 28 percent of the respondents also chose the lack of professional training as an external factor for a job switch.
