Must-have character traits of employees for MSMEs in Indonesia 2018 by age group
This statistic shows the share of respondents in Indonesia who were entrepreneurs with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who indicated the following as important traits in an employee as of 2018, broken down by age group. During the period surveyed, 58 percent of respondents aged 35 years and older answered that relevant prior experience was the most sought-after trait in an employee, compared to 49 percent of respondents aged 34 years and younger.
