Mexico: activities not performed for fear of becoming a crime victim 2019
Some everyday activities are not performed for fear of becoming a victim of a crime in Mexico. In 2019, during a survey, 69 percent of respondents stated they did not allow minors to go out fearing they would become crime victims. In addition, 25 percent of the people interviewed said they did not use public transport to avoid being victimized.
