The statistic displays the results of a 2018 survey conducted by Ipsos that asked consumers in Poland about the future of food. Of respondents, 34 percent believed the cost of the food they eat will get worse in future compared to 24 percent who said it would get better and 42 percent who believed it would stay the same. Only nine percent believed that the environmental impact of the food they eat will get worse, the majority said it would stay the same.
