Social networks used for news in Chile 2024

During a study fielded in Chile at the beginning of 2024, almost half of responding internet users said they had used Facebook to access news content during the seven days leading up to the survey. Over one-third (34 and 31 percent respectively) of respondents stated that they used Instagram and WhatsApp for the same purpose.
