This statistic displays the opinions on equal representation in parliament for both genders in the Netherlands in 2019, by gender. When respondents were asked about their opinion on whether the House of Representatives in the Netherlands should have approximately as many male as female members, just over half of the male participants stated they agree with the statement. Among female participants, this was 70 percent.
