Price was the most important factor that Colombian women considered when buying beauty products, according to a survey carried out in June 2020. As of that month, 74 percent of women surveyed reported that they paid attention to how much cosmetics cost when deciding to purchase them. On the other hand, the brand of the products was slightly more important than the price for Colombian men surveyed in 2020, factor chosen by 62 percent of respondents. Recommendations from bloggers or influencers was the least important factor for both men and women in the South American country.
