In 2022, the consumption volume of chicken meat in Argentina amounted to 2.15 million metric tons, representing an increase of about 1.8 percent compared to the previous year. For 2023, it was estimated that this number would reach 2.24 million metric tons, an increase of about four percent. That year, swine meat consumption reached 770 thousand metric tons CWE.
