Characteristics of canteens in Denmark 2016
This statistic shows the result of a survey on the different types of canteens students and employees are visiting in Denmark in 2016. As of April 2016, a share of 43 percent of respondents went to canteens that serve healthy and organic food, where the kitchen tries to find a balance between traditional and experimental food.
