The statistic displays the results of a survey concerning the share of people sometimes buying English-language books in the Netherlands from 2016 to 2019. The survey results show that over the four year period considered, the share of survey respondents who bought English-language books increased annually. In 2016, just over 30 percent of survey respondents purchased English-language books, whereas by 2019, this figure had increased to 41 percent of respondents.
