Share of people sometimes buying foreign-language books in the Netherlands 2016-2019
The statistic displays the results of a survey concerning the share of people sometimes buying foreign-language books in the Netherlands from 2016 to 2019. The survey results show that over the four year period considered, the share of people surveyed in the Netherlands who sometimes purchased books in other languages increased annually. In 2016 approximately 35 percent of people surveyed indicated that they occasionally purchased foreign language books, whereas by 2019, this figure had grown to 42 percent of respondents.
