This statistic shows the share of female respondents in Indonesia who stated the following factors as influencing their purchases of beauty products, as of November 2018. During the period surveyed, 75.5 percent of respondents stated that they bought beauty products primarily for its function, followed by 70.6 percent of respondents who were influenced to buy beauty products because of their quality. In comparison, 7.9 percent of respondents stated that they were influenced to buy beauty products because of a collaboration with an influencer/YouTuber/artist.
