Factors affecting voters' choice of presidential candidates in Indonesia in 2018
This statistic shows the share of respondents in Indonesia who indicated that the following factors affected their choice of presidential candidates for the 2019 Indonesian presidential elections, as of November 2018. During the period surveyed, 68.5 percent of respondents indicated that having a good reputation was the biggest factor influencing their choice of presidential candidate. In comparison, 18.7 percent of respondents answered that recommendations by friends or family influenced their choice of presidential candidate.
