This statistic illustrates the number of MEPs allocated to each member state in the European Parliament for the 2019-2024 term. Germany has the highest number of MEPs at 96 MEPs, followed by France and Italy which have 79 and 76 respectively. Luxembourg, Malta and Cyprus have six MEPs each, the fewest of any member states. If the UK participates in this European Elections, the number of seats will remain 751, from where 73 seats will belong to the UK while the seat distribution for other member states will slightly change.
