This statistic displays the reasons for preferring cash as a method of payment for grocery store purchases in Finland in 2018. According to the results of the survey, nearly 40 percent of the respondents preferred to use cash as a payment method inn grocery stores in order to manage finances. 30 percent of the respondents preferred to pay with cash in grocery stores because of its simplicity, and 12 percent because of its safeness compared with other payment methods.
