This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted worldwide on how millennials evaluated their current job situation in 2016 and 2017. In 2017, 38 percent of respondents stated they expected to change jobs in the next two years. 31 percent aimed to remain with their current employer for longer than five years.

All respondents were born after 1982, have an academic degree, a full-time occupation and mostly work in private companies with no more than 100 employees.
During the survey the question was asked in the following wording: "Imagine you had a choice, how long would you remain with your current employer before you switch to another organization or do something else?"
