Gross primary school enrollment ratio in Egypt 2009-2019
In 2019, the gross primary enrollment ratio in Egypt amounted to 106.41 percent, showing a slight increase compared to 106.29 percent in 2018. Over the observed period, the enrollment ratio did not present wide fluctuations. Moreover, the ratio was only less than 100 percent on one occasion in 2011 when it corresponded to 99.18 percent, while it peaked in 2019.
