In 2018, the vast majority of HR employees surveyed indicated that they saw changes in their working environment as a result of new technologies, such as automation, robotization and virtual reality. Over 80 percent of respondents indicated that they noticed changes. Roughly 60 percent of respondents noticed general changes, while the share of resondents who knew concretely what these changes entailed for personnel was much smaller, at 20 percent.
