Share of people of African descent being stopped by the police in Finland 2015-2016
This statistic displays the share of people of African descent who have been stopped, searched, or questioned by police within the last 12 months in Finland from 2015 to 2016. During the survey period, four percent of the respondents reported having been stopped by the police because of their racial or ethnic origin. The majority of the respondents, 78 percent, had not been stopped by the police within the last 12 months.
