Books online shoppers in Italy 2020-2021, by channel

Amazon was the most popular online platform for books purchases in Italy, a survey revealed. In September 2021, about four in ten Italian book readers would shop on Amazon.it. Other Italian marketplaces like Ibs or Feltrinelli registered a preference rate below ten percent, although outdoing other online stores and e-commerce sites of publishing houses.
